Project Overview

This Seattle Residence showcases the versatility of Tuscan Granite in a sophisticated coastal landscape. Arris Stoneworks supplied the stone for both the horizontal and vertical surfaces, utilizing two distinct finishes to define the space. The patio and walking surfaces feature a Lycheed finish, providing a modern, slip-resistant texture that is comfortable underfoot. In contrast, the structural retaining walls and built-in seating were fabricated with a Split finish, highlighting the raw, organic strength of the granite. This project demonstrates our ability to provide color-matched stone across varied textures for a cohesive architectural aesthetic.
